Coming from Audi A6, this car felt like an upgrade. No wonder the Audi bosses have been reported to be concerned. Super reliable, amazing practicality.

We are a family of 6, 2 adults and 4 kids, hence the needs of 6 seats. The last row isn't confortable enough for long ride. The car is heavy and rigid, the front seats are hard and not confortable at all for long journeys despite the autopilot function that works great. The entertinement system stops and reboot at any unexpected time, skoda connect app doesn't work as needed, a few time was impossible to use it despite the yearly cost we pay regularly. The accellerator pedal has a huge gap, you press it and you wait 3 second before the car react, very annoying, dealer said it's normal, wondering if have 200 Horse power or donkeys! I wouldn't buy it again, we have been skoda customers for many years but since the cost betetr to spend a little bit more and look for a Mercedes.

New 2022 version, cant get 5 seat version. Boot space smaller.

Relatively roomy vehicle but it shares a weakness with many other 3 row SUVs that may appear attractive for families of 5 ( Mum, Dad and 3 kids) but if the family has 2 or more children that need to be in child seats then the child seats block access to the third row and there is very little room for anyone over 160cm to sit in the middle of the second row. In terms of driving, the vehicle is comfortable on maintained roads but if the quality of the paving is subject to repair and some bumps then the ride can become quite bumpy in the second row. The vehicle is extremely well equiped in terms of safety features and creature comforts. All up we would score it a 6/10 for our family of 5 with 2 of our 3 kids currently in car seats.

Only problem is parking in garage box because it is too wide.
